The Wailua Bay View Condominium complex is located on the eastern shore of the Hawaiian island of Kauai. Each unit in the complex has an ocean view and a furnished private lanai for relaxing and taking in the sights and sounds of the shore.
One reason Kauai is such a popular vacation destination is that it is compact, and yet it provides more natural beauty and fun activities than just about any other vacation spot. From the Kauai Plantation Railway to the deserted beach of Polihale State Park, Kauai has countless things to do and see.
Venturing out of Wailua Bay View, the first town is Kapaa. Kapaa is a town of around 10,000 that has a wide range of restaurants, as well as grocery stores and shopping for other necessities. Nearby is the lower Wailua River, with canoeing, fishing, and water skiing.
The alpine zip course at Princeville Ranch consists of eight ziplines and a suspension bridge over a waterfall. Smith’s Tropical Paradise Luau starts with the unearthing of the traditional pig that has been cooked in an underground oven. The luau includes cocktails, a delicious dinner, and entertainment by Hawaiian musicians.
Wailua Bay View unit #205 is a great starting place for excursions on the island of Kauai. It accommodates up to four guests, and has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a fold-out sofa. It also has a washer-dryer combo and a kitchen with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. One of the nicest features is the private lanai from which guests can enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The unit has partial air conditioning, but the ocean breezes coupled with the tropical fans keep the unit cool and comfortable most of the time.
