Welcome to Wailua Bay View #306 overlooking beautiful Wailua Bay. Enjoy a tropical drink or a quiet meal on your lanai while
you watch the surf, the passing sea birds, perhaps a distant whale or porpoises at play. Walk the uncrowded beach or the quiet sidewalk and paved seashore
path to the nearby Coconut Market, where you can shop, dine or take in a movie.
If you choose to cook, there are several grocery stores nearby to choose
from. Gas barbecues are located near the pool and cooking there often provides an opportunity to visit with other guests. For
those who choose to eat out it is possible to get everything from a latte to a fine steak within easy walking distance.
Most guests will want to explore Kauai. The central location of Wailua Bay View is a
perfect starting point for daytrips. To the north visit Princeville and Hanalei or head south to Poipu, scenic Waimea canyon and Barking Sands beach.
North or south, golfers will find many wonderful courses to choose from and beach lovers will be delighted by the great choice of beaches.
In unit #306 you will find several guidebooks for you to use during your stay. The owners
and guests have recorded their suggestions in the guest book, feel free to add yours. The owners have also provided a selection of facemasks, swim fins, beach
towels, tatami mats and a cooler for your use.
A
phone and local line (not long distance) are provided for your use. You will find the answering machine helpful when making reservations for tours, etc.
Bring a prepaid phone card to making long distance calling easy. Many Internet servers have local Kauai phone numbers. Check
with your server to get the number.

Wailua Bay View Condominiums are located on the east coast of the island
of Kauai in Hawaii. Every unit in the complex has an ocean view and a
private lanai. Wailua Bay View is located close to the towns of Kapaa and
Lihue. Kapaa has plenty of shopping for anything a vacationer could need
and more. Lihue is the governmental and business center of Kauai.
The island of Kauai is small enough to get around easily, and yet it is
full of some of the most beautiful natural attractions in the world.
Mount Waialeale, towards the center of the island, has its own tropical
rain forest. It is, by some experts’ reckoning, the rainiest place on
earth. But most of the island has weather just right for a vacation most
of the time. Kauai is also a great place to go for those who love
waterfalls. Kipu Falls is about 4 miles south of Lihue. It is a small
waterfall (15 feet), but there is a natural pool at the bottom, and people
jump from the falls. There is a ladder for those who want to get to the
pool without jumping off the falls. There is also an enormous Banyan tree
with a rope swing.
Wailua Bay View #306 is a great choice for lodging on Kauai. The complex
is convenient and competitively priced. This unit accommodates up to four
guests and has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a fold-out sofa. There is
also a fully equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer combo. Clean linens and
towels are provided. The furnished private lanai is the perfect place to
enjoy the ocean view after a long day of Kauai adventures. A Kauai
vacation is the vacation of a lifetime, and comfortable, clean
accommodations in beautiful surroundings make a great vacation even
better.
Wailua
Bay View #306 is a non-smoking unit.
